Pumpkin winter soup recipe
- 2 thick slices of pumpkin
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 liter of water
- Sweet red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 2-3 teaspoons of ginger
- Half a glass of semi-skimmed milk
