Coronavirus Detected: Brazil sent to China frozen chicken wings

Officials from the city of Shenzhen, located in Guangdong province of China, announced that the corona virus (Covid-19) test on chicken wings imported from Brazil was positive.

Authorities stated that they have been conducting coronavirus controls on imported meat and seafood since June.

Shenzhen’s health officials announced that frozen chicken wings from Brazil had coronavirus.

After the incident, it was reported that the corona virus test performed to employees in the area where the products were stored was negative, and the tests performed on other foods where chicken products were found gave negative results.
