Delta State Health Commissioner Dr. Mordi Ononye, in his statement. 30 people aged 18-25 in the Ute Okpu and Idumusa regions of the state. He stated that researches were carried out due to his death from a mysterious disease.

Ononye stated that in the researches, it was determined that the cause of deaths was from yellow fever.

Stating that research continues in another laboratory, Ononye. “The first result shows yellow fever, but re-investigation will be done to be sure.”
