Restrictions imposed again due to increased Covid-19 cases in Nigeria

New restrictions have imposed in the state of Lagos. The trade center where a rapid increase in new types of coronavirus (Covid-19) cases in Nigeria, the West African country.

Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced in a statement that mass worship and events will not be held during the Christmas celebrations.

Stating that the state will impose a curfew at 23.00-04.00 local time, Sanwo-Olu said that indoor venues such as nightclubs will not open.

Sanwo-Olu stated that he ordered the schools in the state to shut down immediately, and that from Monday, he will work from the homes of civil servants, except for basic services.

While more than 77 thousand Covid-19 cases have seen in Nigeria so far, 1212 people have died due to the virus.
