Mauritius the island country in the east of Africa, is grappling with the oil spill. The leak that started days ago poses a danger to the natural life in the country, which has world-famous beaches.

Mauritus, the tourism country in the Indian Ocean, is facing the biggest ecological disaster in its history.

Thousands of tons of crude oil flowed to the shores when the oil tanker that was stranded off the country started to leak.
