Speaking to the Washington Post, a source close to the subject stated that the Secret Service, which is responsible for the US Presidency, will extend the protection of Trump’s family members for another 6 months.

Accordingly, the Secret Service, as well as Trump’s wife Melania Trump, son Barron Trump, daughter Ivanka Trump, son-in-law Jared Kushner and their children, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump’s children and wives, and Trump’s younger daughter Tiffany Trump will protect for 6 more months.

Trump’s presidency expired yesterday after Joe Biden took the oath.
