Quarantine requirement for those coming to New York from Pennsylvania

New York Governor Cuomo announced that those coming from neighboring state Pennsylvania required to go into quarantine.

New York state in the USA, its neighbor with an increase in the number of new types of coronavirus (Covid-19). It brought a requirement for those coming from Pennsylvania to go into quarantine.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the neighboring state with the rising number of viruses. He announced that those who came to New York from Pennsylvania required to go into quarantine.

Noting that other neighboring states New Jersey and Connecticut with increasing number of cases also comply with the quarantine conditions. “However, quarantine in these states is practically impossible. There are too many people living in one and working in the other.”

Cuomo called for avoiding travel between New York and neighboring states, unless necessary.

New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, known as “three neighboring states” in the USA. On June 24, it announced that people coming from states where Covid-19 cases in the country increased, would be quarantined for 14 days. New York and New Jersey were among the states most affected by the virus in March, April and May, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out in the USA.
