It announced that a classmate quarantined at home due to a positive Covid-19 test.

In a statement made by the Royal Palace, the 14-year-old Princess who attended the Santa Maria de los Rosales private school in Madrid. All other classmates were also reported to be in quarantine.

It stated that King Felipe and Queen Letizia continued the royal duty.

In accordance with the Covid-19 protocol implemented by the Madrid autonomous administration in schools. If a Covid-19 case is detected in a student, only all students in the class in which the case occurred are quarantined for 14 days.
