Netflix has announced its balance sheet for the fourth quarter of 2020. Accordingly, the company’s revenue in the fourth quarter of last year reached $ 6.64 billion with an increase of 21.5 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
The company’s revenue was $ 5.47 billion in the same period last year. Netflix’s revenue increased by 24 percent in 2020 compared to the previous year, reaching $ 25 billion.
The net profit of the company fell by 7.6 percent in the last quarter of 2020 to $ 542.2 million compared to the same period of the previous year.
The company’s net profit in the fourth quarter of 2019 was recorded as $ 587 million. Netflix’s profit per share also fell from $ 1.30 to $ 1.19 over the same period. Netflix’s number of subscribers increased by 37 million in 2020 to 203.7 million.
