National anthem changed for Aborigines in Australia

Australia changed its national anthem on the grounds that it excluded Aborigines, who known to have settled on the continent 50,000 years before the British colonists. Adopted 137 years ago, the Australian National Anthem changed for the first time.

The Australian national anthem, which accepted a hundred and forty years ago, edited on the grounds that it excluded Aborigines.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced on the first day of the new year that the anthem revised by the government.

” WE ARE ONE AND WE ARE FREE ”

The second line of the anthem contained the phrase “young and free”. Considering that Aborigines native to Australia have existed on the continent for 50,000 years. The phrase “we are young and free” has been replaced by “we are one and we are free.”

The anthem composed in 1878, adopted as the national anthem on April 19, 1884, and replaced the anthem “God bless the Queen”.
