Midtjylland hosted Ajax in the 3rd week of the UEFA Champions League Group B.

The match played in MCH Arena resulted in Ajax’s 2-1 lead.

Antony in the 48th minute and Dusan Tadic in the 13th minute scored the goals that brought the guest team the victory. Dreyer scored Midtjylland’s only goal in the 18th minute.

Antony’s goal in the 65th minute in Ajax was not counted for offside after the VAR review.

Ajax, who got his first win in the group, increased his score to 4 and took the 2nd place. Midtjylland, which was defeated in all 3 matches, took the last place without any points.

Both teams will face off again in Holland on 25 November.
