Michael B. Jordan preparing for production

Hollywood star Michael B. Jordan has announced that he will be producing the comic book adaptation Static Shock.

Best known for his role as Oscar Grant, the activist shot to death in Fruitvale Station. Michael B. Jordan, who later played boxer Adonis Creed in Creed, a sequel to the Rocky films, and Erik Killmonger in Black Panther. He will produce the comic book adaptation Static Shock, which introduced by Reginald Hudlin at DC FanDome in August.

Jordan, the movie Warner Bros. announced that it will do so through the company based Outlier Society.

“I’m proud to be part of building a new universe that revolves around black superheroes. Our community deserves this. Outlier Society is committed to bringing various comic book content to life on all platforms. We’re excited to partner with Reggie and Warner Bros on this first step. ”

Static Shock animated series published on Kids WEB in the early 2000s. It was one of the few superhero series starring the black character.
