The residence address of Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, who were elected the first female Vice President in the US, has been announced.
The couple will move to the President’s Guest House, known as the Blair House, as the house they will move to is under renovation.
Blair House is known as the place where the US President near the White House hosts his guests.
When asked what her husband Douglas Emhoff thinks of going to be the first president in the country or the husband of a vice president, she said, “Probably the title will be the second gentleman.” When asked whether she was going to call her husband “the second gentleman” Harris replied, “No, I’ll call him honey”.
Harris was ranked third on the list of the 100 Most Powerful Women in the World, announced by Forbes last year.
