Jane Fonda: I’ll never buy clothes again

Famous actress Jane Fonda, who was in the news with her climate change protests and detentions. She announced that she would no longer buy clothes to prove that she was a stable environmentalist.

Two Oscar-winning movie stars, Jane Fonda has also proven to be a steady environmental activist after her success in acting.

The 82-year-old actor announced in an interview with The Times that she will never buy clothes again.

The famous actress, held every Friday in late 2019 and early 2020 in Washington. She also explained that she decided not to dye her hair anymore during the climate change protests.

Fonda, who came to the agenda with the news that he was detained frequently during these protests,

“I am almost 83 years old, what a waste of time … Why do I keep putting chemicals in my hair? A decision in line with my vow that I will never buy a new outfit. ”

Although it is estimated that she has a huge wardrobe, Fonda was appreciated with her decision.

When asked what she thought of her deal with the fashion brand Gucci, of which she was the face of advertising, she answered:

If the clothes are fully recyclable and they are all made of sustainable things, then I will support them.

When the famous star started the weekly rallies called ‘Fire Drill Fridays’ held on Fridays in Washington with Greenpeace. ‘There is no idea whether it will work or not’.
