US technology company Oracle on Android operating system against Google. Intellectual property lawsuit filed due to the use of the Java software platform. Began to appear at the Supreme Court.

In Oracle’s 2010 lawsuit against California Northern District Court, the court found Google right. Oracle appealed the decision, and the Court of Appeal ruled on May 9, 2014, that the APIs copyrighted. Following the appeal process, Google brought the case to the US Supreme Court.
