Harley Davidson pulls from largest market

Famous motorcycle brand Harley-Davidson has announced that it will exit India, the world’s largest motorcycle market.

Harley Davidson will close the Bawal factory in India, which it opened in 2011 in line with this decision.

India is the world’s largest market with annual sales of 17 million motorcycles.

Harley Davidson decision to exit the market. It came just weeks after Toyota announced that it would not further expand its operations in India due to higher taxes.
