However, it was reported that the investigation will be reopened upon the plaintiff’s complaint again. Depardieu’s lawyer Herve Temime stated that he was not informed of a decision to reopen the case. He said, however, that the appointment of an investigating judge was a minor occurrence as it was an automatic decision.
