Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Health Yuli Edelstein became the new type of coronavirus (Covid-19) vaccine. Developed by Pfizer and BioNTech in live broadcast.
The first Covid-19 vaccine in Israel was first administered to Netanyahu and then to Edelstein at the Sheba Health Center in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv.
In the vaccine application broadcast live on television. Netanyahu said that “millions” of vaccine doses will come to Israel at the end of this month.
Netanyahu; “I requested that the first vaccine given to me and to the Minister of Health, Yuli Edelstein, in order to encourage you to vaccinated and set an example.”
The Israeli administration has agreed to receive 8 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine from Pfizer and BioNTech.
