Two Covid-19 patients, aged 47 and 50, who were treated in the intensive care unit, died on 13 and 17 November.

In the statement of the doctor, whose arrest warrant was issued by the court on duty, it was reported that he wanted to put an end to the pain of his patient, who suffered greatly.
