The King of Thailand has now presented a gift to his lover, whom he first declared as an ‘official mistress’, then imprisoned him for accusing her of infidelity, then pardoned and summoned her to his harem in Germany, and then returned all her official titles. The king promoted Sineenat to queen status as a birthday present.
Thailand’s King Maha Vajiralongkorn awarded Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi, whom he appointed as the “official mistress” in July 2019, the title of Queen as a birthday present.
King Maha, who married his former bodyguard, Queen Suthida, 42, in May 2019, declared Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi, 34, his official mistress two months later. However, the King of Thailand awarded Wongvajirapakdi the title of ‘royal wife of the king’ and the rank of major general.

The king of Thailand, Maha Vajiralongkorn, who is on the agenda with his personal life as well as the anti-royal demonstrations in the country and who is also known as the “playboy” in the international press, declared his “official mistress” Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi “the second queen” on his 36th birthday.
Celebration photos of 68-year-old King Maha and Sineenat were shared, and the photos showed that the couple released fish and birds at a Buddhist ceremony at Wasukri pier in the capital, Bangkok, and both dressed in the same pattern in blue.
In July 2019, Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi, whom she appointed as an ‘official mistress’ alongside her husband, lost the title of ‘official mistress’ three months later on accusations of being ‘overly ambitious’ and ‘trying to elevate herself to the status of the queen’.
In the statement made by the King of Thailand, “The King thought that the behavior of Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi was disrespectful.”
Later, Sineenat, who was imprisoned by King Maha of Taylan, was pardoned by Maha last summer and was called to the harem in Germany.
Throughout the pandemic, the King, who was closed to a luxury hotel in the Alps in Germany with his harem of 20 people, forgave Sineenat and called her to him.
For the first time since the transition from absolute monarchy to parliamentary monarchy in Thailand in 1932, after the King of Thailand declared himself his official ‘mistress’, a monarch was officially polygamous.
Sineenat Wongvajirapakdi, who holds the title of official mistress of King Maha of Thailand, previously worked as a nurse from Ananda Mahidol Military Hospital.
However, more than 1000 photos of Sineenat, most of them nude, taken between 2012 and 2014 were leaked.
