A test flight with passengers made in the flying car project carried out by SkyDrive in Japan.

Tomohiro Fukuzawa, head of the SkyDrive initiative, said in a statement that the flying car could take its place in real life in 2023, but it is important to make it safe.

Fukuzawa stated that more than 100 flying car projects have carried out in the world, and only a few of them have been successful in flights with passengers.

Stating that the flying car has only been in the air for 5 to 10 minutes so far, Fukuzawa. If the vehicle could fly for 30 minutes, it could have more potential, including export.

SkyDrive project started in 2012 with the initiative of a volunteer group called Cartivator.
